Our team is looking for a friendly Customer Support Hero that genuinely cares about providing amazing service to all customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Chat to customers via email and live chat
- Give helpful advice and answer customer questions
- Help customers with missing orders, returns etc
- Keep a friendly relationship with our suppliers
- Various admin tasks as needed (for example checking stock levels)

We're looking for a new Social Media Manager!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the scheduling and posting of daily content across various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Tiktok)
- Work closely with creative team to ensure we’ve got awesome social media content that our followers will love
- Reactively and proactively communicate with followers across various social accounts
- Ensure each of our brands is given their own unique tone of voice through your copywriting
- Help brainstorm campaigns and initiatives to really engage our communities and grow our followings
- Work closely with the marketing team, reporting back the Social Media KPIs

SKILLS:
- Proven success in growing a brand’s social media following, while maintaining a highly engaged, authentic audience
- Organised and ‘on it’
- Excellent copywriting skills, a natural at branding and tone of voice
- Great eye for what’s hot right now, and what’s going to be hot next month
